A 1 minute video will average approximately 150 words. Example; you have a video script with a 300 word count. Simply divide your script’s word count by 150 (average word count per minute). In this case, 300 divided by 150 is equal to 2 which means your video is going to be about 2 minute long.

There are 8 steps on how we do our service with you.

Step 1 – Select the type of animation video you want and pay a minimum of 50% upfront.
Step 2 – Fill out our “Creative Questionnaire” which allows us to understand your goals and write your script. This is the stage in which we encourage you to disclose all your concerns and/or additional requests.

Step 3 – Your Creative Questionnaire and all concerns will be reviewed by our creative team.
Step 4 – Video scripts will be crafted by our talented writers and sent to you for approval.
Step 5 – After the script is approved, our creative team will create the storyboard sketch and send it to you for approval.

Step 6 – Next, a voice over is recorded by one of our professional Voice Over Talents or digital voice technology, and sent to you for approval.
Step 7 – Once everything is approved, a proof video is created and sent to you for approval.
Step 8 – Once all of the above is approved by you, the final video is created and delivered (we offer UNLIMITED revisions during the production process).

If you have some guidelines and ideas you’d like us to follow, no problem. Our artists will adapt to the video style.

Though our price plans are based on a per minute format, we understand that videos will run slightly over or under the quoted time. Therefore; it is our policy to handle these matters with common sense and a customer friendly approach. If there were no changes to the original quote, no additional charges will be passed on to you. If changes by you occur during the production process that extends the length of your video, you will be notified of additional charges.

This is a very difficult question to answer. As a general rule: we do not place limits on the number of words or scenes or images in your video. These issues and guidelines are usually dicussed during the story board stage. However; remember that a 1 minute video should be approximately 150 words.

Video completion times are always dependent upon several factors such as the complexity of the video and client requests. We will give you an estimated time of delivery after Steps 2 thru 7 have been completed and approved. Turn times usually range from 3-14 days, dependent upon the factors previously stated.
